In 2001, Leland-Gifford purchased the assets of Hybco International, Inc., a 63-year-old manufacturer of tool and cutter grinding equipment and related products. Hybco specialized in  radial and axial relieving equipment, fixtures, and universal grinders. Leland-Gifford is currently  manufacturing all of the Hybco machines and replacement parts.

The equipment is designed specifically for the manufacturing or re-sharpening of drills, reamers, taps, step tools, end mills and face cutting tools. In addition, we have an expert re-building department where skilled craftsmen repair Hybco equipment to perform to its original capabilities.
