Features

 

Rigid reinforced construction with wide dovetail slides and adjustable gibs, providing for accuracy and long life. Anti-friction pre-loaded type bearings support a hardened and ground spindle. The Standard Spindle is hollow and precision ground to take Standard 3-C collets from 1/16 inch to 1/2 inch diameter. The Collet Draw Tube has a clearance hole which will take 1/2 inch diameter stock.

Hand lever feeds to head, saddle and table motion with adjustable positive stops. Motor: heavy-duty, ball-bearing, totally enclosed, fan-cooled, dual voltage with Reversing Switch, Belt Guard and Machine Light.

The overarm and outboard support permits the use of larger cutters and extra clearance for fixturing. A broader range of machining operations is possible.
